Passed away at home in Bond Head in his 77th year, the husband of Margaret (Sutherland) for 47 years. He was the father of Glenn (Lori), Karen (Dan) Baker, and Scott (Paige). He was the older brother of Don (Susan) of Milton. A funeral service was held at Bond Head United Church on February 24th, 2008 followed by interment in Bond Head Cemetery.

Passed away after a short illness in Newmarket, Ont. She is survived by her children, Gloria Bradley (Richard), Mary McLennan (Jim), and Gord (Teresa). She was predeceased by her parents Edgar Edwards and Ruth Currie, by her husband Boyd and two other sons, Douglas and Eldon. Sylvia had lived for three years at the Kitchen Breedon Manor in Schomberg, Ont. A private service was held at the Rod Abrams Funeral Chapel in Tottenham.

Roy Brooks, B. Sc., a veteran of the World War II Air Force, formerly of Newton Robinson passed away in his 87th year. He leaves behind his wife Margaret Brooks, nee Sutherland. He was the father of five children, grandfather of nine and also had two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Catherines.
