Cox, William Lawrence
William Lawrence (Larry) Cox died at Southlake Regional Health Care Centre, Newmarket in his 67th year, formerly of Chapleau, Ont. He was the father of Kathleen and the brother of John (Carol), Betty and the late Janet. He rested at the Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham on February 11th, 2007 after which interment took place in Caledon East Public Cemetery.
Cragg, Edward James
Cragg, Edward (Ed) James, (Veteran of W. W.II). Peacefully at the Soldier's Memorial Hospital in Orillia after a lengthy illness, Ed Cragg of Oro Station and formerly of Schomberg in his 83rd year. He was the husband of Audrey (nee Martin) and the father of Sherry Agar and her husband Rick of Stayner, and of Neil and his wife Catharina of Kilworthy. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Harold, Gladys, Melvin and Winston. Predeceased by his brothers Dave, Gordon, Clifford and Bob and by his sister Joyce. A private family burial took place at Little Brick Cemetery in Oro. A public celebration of Ed's life took place in the McLelland and Slessor Funeral Chapel in Barrie on August 18th, 2006.

He was the brother of Everard and Betty Cunningham, Eleanor and the late Liam Whelan. A memorial service was held in the W. John Thomas Funeral Home in Alliston, Ont. on August 29, 2007. Cremation.

At the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ont. in his 84th year, the husband of Sophia of Innisfil and the late Margaret Guinyou. He was the father of Charles (Sharon) of Alberta, Debby (Ken) Dubeau of Minesing, John (Heather) of Midland. He was step-father of John (Darlene) MacLean of Nova Scotia, Jerry (Cathy) MacLean of New Brunswick and of Anna(Raz) Currie of Alberta. He was the brother of Etta Whyte and the late Myra Goheen. Service was held at the Innisfil Funeral Home in Stroud on April 22nd, 2008.

Passed away at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in her 94th year. She was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Currie. She was the mother of Douglas of Kitchener and of Ruth Currie of Wasaga Beach. She was the sister of Arthur Watts and Ethel Galbraith and of the late Marie Danks and Floyd Watts. She and her husband had farmed on the 10th line Of Essa Township. She was a long-time member of Cookstown United Church where a celebration of her life was held on February 27th, 2006.
