Photo of Gilmore and Son general store, which had been renovated and enlarged in 1965 in both directions. Previously it had been known as I.M. Gilpin General Store around 1905 or earlier and was built on property purchased from Milton Reid at corner of Church St. and Killarney Beach Rd., Lefroy. Formerly also the Post Office and Byron Grose Meat store - the side buildings were torn down and the property was made into a parking lot.
